Please note all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
Flat rate of $10 for orders within Australia
Please allow 7 business days for Australia Post or couriers as we are only a small business and do not have a packing dispatch unit. We try to get our orders out as fast as we can but it might be a few days before we get to pick, check, wrap and dispatch.
If we have to make your order it will be 4-8 weeks depending on fabrics and makers. Please reach out if your need to know more about fabric availability and if you need your item urgently.
Flat rate of $10.00 within Australia
Next business day delivery is available within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas).
Please allow after packing - 2 - 15 business days for regional or remote areas
Pick up in store:
You are welcome to pick up from our studio for no extra delivery charges. Please organise a time to pick up in in business hours during the week.
Delivery time frames are an estimation based on Australia Post service guidelines. Pure Pod is not responsible for any delays incurred by Australia Post, however, if you have not received your package within 14 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.
Pure Pod takes no responsibility for goods delivered that were stolen from customers properties. Garments will not be refunded or replaced in this situation.
Pure Pod will refund or exchange full priced items where:
- the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact
- the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
- the good are returned within 14 days of purchase date.
- the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
- Pure Pod does not pay for return of goods or replacement goods.
All returns must be sent to Pure Pod head office within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a store credit or refund.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the good was a quality issue with the garment before it was sent or there is an issue from our warehousing to the customer. In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty, please contact us at any time - email@example.com
