Behind the scenes of our Transcending love collection

On a freezing cold Canberra stormy day we ventured out to the Dairy Road Precinct in hope to do an amazing summer shoot. We have originally planned for a summery feel outdoor, big blue sky and big field fashion shoot!  Mother nature had a different idea! It was wild winds, sleet, snow, wind, enormous black clouds and it was freeszing!
Our always happy model Ashlea Perry, Devojka Models was the most professional, non-complaining model ever and still looked stunningly glamorous as always in this arctic weather with freezing feet and hands.
You can see images of her looking like she had been to Mongolia covered in every rug she could find in between shots! Well that's how cold she was!
This shoot was a beautiful collaboration of like minded ethical designers -
By Marie-Nicole - hand made in Yass by Marie-Nicole Roberts - bags, cushions and accessories
Amyara Textil - Piera Cersesa - South American hand made exquisite textiles
The shoot was for a Peppermint Magazine advertisement for our Fashionably Numb event and our new Pure Pod summer Transcending Love collection.
