Returns/Exchanges
Pure Pod stands behind the quality of its garments. All garments are thoroughly checked before being delivered. Returns will be accepted only within 7 days of delivery and only for faults within the garment. It is advised that all garments be checked carefully upon delivery, and if any fault is found, Pure Pod should be notified immediately and the garment returned for a credit note or refund. Returns must be both unworn & unwashed.
Pure Pod will accept exchanges of garments in certain circumstances due to size or colour variations. In this situation the garment/s must be unworn & unwashed and can be exchanged for a credit note only. A delivery fee on exchanges will be charged. Garments will not be accepted as returns or exchanges if they are shop soiled, shop damaged, worn or have been washed.
Pure Pod only give a Credit Note or Exchange on Sale Items, no refunds on these items are given.
Pure Pod “Sample” items are exactly that. No refunds or exchanges are given on these items. The garment is a sample and may have slight imperfections or size variations, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
Retail Orders
- All returns must have the original tickets on the garments when returned.
- Refunds on full price garments only – minus delivery and handling fee ( NOT REFUNDED)
Shrinkage
The knit fabrics that are being used by Pure Pod may shrink between 3%-8%, if washed correctly. Care instructions should be read carefully and it is not advisable to wash garments in warm/hot water or tumble dry.
Fabric Care
- iron garments inside out
- do not iron direct on to print – iron inside out.
- when drying dark colours outside – turn inside out.
- no tumble drying
- do not dry clean unless stated on care instructions inside garment.
Colour
Due to the nature of the particular fabrics that Pure Pod uses, the following may fluctuate from time to time.
Colour of fabrics and printing will vary from the colour shown on the website; all effort has been made to show the colours as accurately as possible.
Colour of fabrics (slight differences will be noticed between different Dye lots of the same coloured fabric).
As each printed garment is hand printed, no two garments will ever be the same, each print will appear slightly different
Prices
All transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
Pure Pod is a ‘Life Style’ brand with sustainability as it’s back bone. Our design team chooses not to change our ranges every season. and takes many styles through into following seasons. This ensures a lower impact on our environment as fast fashion trends create pollution and land fill. We do not believe in fast fashion but in creating more designer pieces that can be worn for many seasons.
Please allow for price changes for the same style of garment in different seasons. Prices can change due to the economy and fabric supply. The price of a garment in season may not be the same as in the next season.
Prices may vary from time to time (Due to international monetary fluctuations), between different seasons. Notification will be given when prices change, orders will always remain at ordered prices).
Availability
Retail – Pure Pod will only show our current studio stock on our site. We do not carry every style in our current collections. We only sell left over stock on our site. If there is a style you wish to purchase let us know and we can direct you to one of our stockists who may have the item/s in their store.
Wholesale – For indent whole sale orders – please contact our studio. Pure Pod takes orders for each season about 4 – 6 months before the retail season begins.
Pure Pod has stock available for wholesale purchase. Please contact our studio for a stock list. Please note we do not make up extra stock once a season has been delivered, it will only be left over stock which will be available.
Availability (some fabrics may not be available, you will be advised by Pure Pod at time of order).
Delivery
Pure Pod use Couriers or Registered Post for all deliveries within Australia and Overseas. This may be marginally more expensive than your standard postal delivery, but Pure Pod has made this choice for security reasons to guarantee that you receive your delivery in the condition it left our studio.
